Focusing on developing strong business relationships across the VIC region within the International Freight channels. The Role:
The Business Development Manager will have full control of their accounts and:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Sea Freight and Air Freight logistics.
  • Build/develop new and existing business relationships to grow your pipeline and achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and develop Business Plans across all accounts. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accounts are managed appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects that matches the company’s strategies.   
  • Complete sales reports and other administration tasks where required.

  
Your Background:

  • We are seeking 5 years plus across Key Accounts or Business Development within the Transport industry
  • Analytical problem solver who brings value add solutions to their customers
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills
  • Exceptional negotiating skills and an excellent communicator
