Website Blackbook Executive

This privately owned, market leading manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Administrator to manage stock on their large site.

The Company

Our client, a leading international company with a strong brand portfolio and a loyal customer base, specialisng in packaging solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s ongoing success and support its strategic expansion efforts.

The Role

  • Liaising with Key Stakeholders via the phone and face to face
  • Order Entry and Order Management
  • Reviewing and following production schedules
  • Internal Account Management
  • Review customer forecast 
  • Managing stock levels

Your Background

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills, dealing with key stakeholders via the phone
  • Must have clear and open communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel and SAP experience
  • Ability to multi-task and great organisational skills
