The Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll support Engineering or Plant Managers by delivering high-quality electrical services across planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and new equipment installations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting safety reports and risk assessments to identify and minimize workplace hazards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure equipment is running at peak performance.
With every client presenting unique challenges, this role offers variety and the chance to build your expertise across multiple industries.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid A Grade Electrical Licence
- A White Card and EWP Licence
- Proven experience in industrial manufacturing sectors such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, or Packaging
- A track record of operational improvements, from idea to implementation
- Previous experience as a primary site electrician managing production lines and standalone equipment
- Hands-on expertise with high-speed packaging machines, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, basic PLCs, and VSDs
- Strong communication and people management skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach

- Minimal weekend work
- Competitive package: $110,000 – $125,000 (inclusive of super) + Vehicle + Call-out/Penalty rates
