The Role

• Develop a strong understanding of operations and planning.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
• Lead solution design to ensure a balanced approach that meets customer needs.
• Analyse market trends to support procurement strategies in collaboration with Sales and New Business.
• Manage escalations and complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate key network and customer updates to internal teams for alignment.
• Provide industry updates to keep Sales, Customer Service, and Compliance teams well-informed and aligned.

Your Background

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service while driving operational excellence through best practice implementation.
• Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry, paired with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Skilled in building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal teams to support business growth and success.
• Experienced in managing projects, ensuring compliance with HR and WHS policies, and utilising reporting tools to monitor performance.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts in both written and verbal formats.
• Proficient in analysing market trends and data to develop tailored, client-focused solutions.
