A leading FMCG business based in Dinmore, we are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our Maintenance Team on a full time basis. This will be a roating roster (4 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off, working both day and night shifts). The company is dedicated to delivering high quality products to it’s customers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and looking for people with a great attitude.
This company is offering a $5,000 sign on bonus
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Assist in the installation, upgrade, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve production line efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Your Background
- Qualified electrician with a relevant trade certificate or electrical license
- Manufactoring experience is beneficial not mandatory
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and automated systems is advantageous
