The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and sitting in the highly dynamic Maintenance department, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and maintain safety standards.
- Collaborate with production staff to understand equipment needs and performance.
Your Background
- Experience in FMCG is not mandatory but highly beneficial
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent experience.
- Strong proven experience as a maintenance fitter, preferably in a food production environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
