The Role – Maintenance Fitter – FMCG
The Company – Bulletproof FMCG business with an incredible name in the market
The Rate – $58.41 per hour for both days and nights
The Hours – 6am-6pm – 4 on 4 off – 2 days 2 nights
About the company
We are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our extremely sufficient Maintenance team which is notoriously known for a leading culture within the FMCG industry, this is the business you will want to join and excel your career in you will be joining a powerhouse within the industry. The maintenance team do not leave the business, they have been there for 20+ years and there is no micro management.
What you will be responsible for:
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations.
What you need to qualify for this role
– Fitter qualified / Mechanical Cert 3 Trade qualified
– Experience within an FMCG environment (or a high paced manufacturing environment for a reputable Manufacturing business)
– Breakdown and Preventative Maintenance experience within an FMCG (or similar) business
– You will need to be self motivated and able to work autonomously
