Are you ready to step into a key role where no two days are the same? We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance & Responsible Care Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive site performance, compliance, and safety outcomes.
About the Role: You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our maintenance systems running smoothly and ensuring our site meets strict environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. From planning scheduled maintenance to managing contractors and supporting audits, you’ll be working across all areas of the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Coordinate site maintenance activities and external contractors
- Oversee high-risk permits, licences, and compliance documentation
- Support the Responsible Care program across Australia and New Zealand
- Assist with audits, training records, SOPs, and documentation control
- Help drive a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Background:
- Solid maintenance or site coordination experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment
- Knowledge of EHS standards and compliance systems (TDS knowledge a bonus)
- Confidence working with CMMS and juggling competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels
