The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor for 2 or more years
- FMCG experience is beneficial
- Someone with mentoring and leadership skills
- You must be able to be in the office in the Sunshine Coast 5 days per week
