Amazing opportunity to join a leading Australian FMCG business as a Maintenance Supervisor
The Role
This food manufacturing business is an industry leader and has delivered strong results.
To continue driving improvements to supply their customers with products of the highest quality they are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the day shift at their site in Coastal Victoria, West of Melbourne CBD.
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager your responsibilities will include;
- Ensure smooth operation of the plant and ensuring the maintenance plan is adhere to
- Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance support to ensure plant has minimal lost time due to mechanical failures/faults.
- Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring all workplace incidents and hazards are reported immediately
- Prepare regular reports on status of maintenance activities around the site.
- Assist in problem solving and repairs
Your background:
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
- Prior maintenance experience within a fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Previous experience leading a team
- You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
