The Role – Maintenance Supervisor FMCG

The Hours – Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team in a full time capacity. Reporting to the Plant Engineer and leading a highly skilled maintenance team, this role is responsible for leading and monitoring the day to day maintenance activities required on the plant, ensuring all maintenance and equipment related tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking and monitoring the training and development of 12 trades
- Supervising the quality and work performance of trades and maintenance contractors
- Developing and overseeing the required servicing and preventative maintenance programs
- Expense cost control in designated area
What you need to apply
- Established and experienced trades background either within mechanical or electrical
- You must have supervisor or management experience
- You must have manufactoring experience – ideally within FMCG
- Strong organisational and planning skills
