The Company
One of the most respected FMCG businesses within Australia. Due to the businesses growth, I am currently recruiting a Meat Floor lead to join our client’s night shift team in a newly created, full time position.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations and ensuring compliance with food safety.
The Hours
This role will be 3pm – 1am Monday to Thursday.
The Pay
This role is paying $85,000 plus super.
The Role
You will be responsible for
- Supervise and coordinate floor operations to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team, fostering a safe and productive environment
- Monitor workflow and optimize processes to enhance productivity.
Your Background
- Experience in FMCG as a Meat Floor Supervisor
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene standards.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
