The Company

One of the most respected FMCG businesses within Australia. Due to the businesses growth, I am currently recruiting a Meat Floor lead to join our client’s night shift team in a newly created, full time position. 
This role is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations and ensuring compliance with food safety.

The Hours

This role will be 3pm – 1am Monday to Thursday.

The Pay

This role is paying $85,000 plus super.

The Role

You will be responsible for

  • Supervise and coordinate floor operations to meet daily production targets
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team, fostering a safe and productive environment
  • Monitor workflow and optimize processes to enhance productivity.

Your Background

  • Experience in FMCG as a Meat Floor Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene standards.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
