Elite FMCG business – Relocate to Queensland
The Company
One of the most respected FMCG businesses within Australia. Due to the businesses growth, I am currently recruiting a Meat Floor lead to join our client’s night shift team in a newly created, full time position. This role is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations and ensuring compliance with food safety.
The Location
This role is in Brisbane, Queensland and must be willing to relocate on a full time basis.
The Hours
This role will be 3pm – 1am Monday to Thursday.
The Pay
This role is paying $85,000 + super and none negotiable on salary
The Role
You will be responsible for
- Supervise and coordinate floor operations to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team, fostering a safe and productive environment
- Monitor workflow and optimize processes to enhance productivity.
Your Background
- Experience in FMCG as a Meat Floor Supervisor
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene standards.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
