Work with growing business here in Melbourne, partnering with a large Grocery client!

Our client is a Tier 1 agriculture business with a range of branded and private label products across varied categories. An opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to manage the Coles portfolio! 
  
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering against company and customer targets whilst gaining market share in a growing category. They have exciting plans over the next few years which will lead to bigger career opportunities for people joining them at this time. This business is a growing part of a tier one manufacturer with a reputable name in the industry! 
  
The Role:
Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop excellent relationships with key senior contacts
  • Build excellent relationships with your key stakeholders within Grocery accounts 
  • Work closely with your internal operations, marketing and account teams.
  • Maintain a team first mentality whilst looking to positively influence the culture whenever possible.


Your Background:

  • Experience as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Executive within an FMCG environment, experience managing Coles is preferred
  • Proven experience developing and executing short and long term retail strategies
  • Experience worknig within protein or dairy is prefered 
  • Analytical problem solver with determination to deliver
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills
