We are a industry leading FMCG business looking to grow the company even more with a dayshift maintenance fitter to join the maintenance team. We have a great company culture, offer steady career growth and a close knit maintenance team.
The Role
As the night shift maintenance fitter, your hours will be Monday to Friday 9pm-5am Monday to Friday with 30% loading shift
You will be responsible for:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment
- Identify and repost incidents and hazards – playing a crucial role in reducing downtime
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards
Your Background
- 5+ years experience as a Fitter
- Have a Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
- Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment within the FMCG industry
- Proven attention to detail, problem solving abilities and multitasking skills
