NPD Project Manager

We’ve partnered with a global, design-led homewares manufacturer that is continuing its substantial growth across both the Australian and international markets. They collaborate with some of the world’s most well-known retailers, creating innovative, high-quality branded and own-label products.

In this newly created role, you’ll be the driving force behind the productivity and efficiency of the NPD process. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
• Collaborating cross-functionally (marketing, design, engineering, etc.) to align on project scope, deliverables, and execution
• Developing and managing timelines, budgets, and resources, with the flexibility to adapt plans as required
• Leading project meetings, tracking progress via Asana, and communicating updates, risks, and resolutions
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout
• Upholding quality standards, preparing reports, and supporting additional tasks as needed

To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need a strong understanding of the full consumer product development cycle, along with experience working closely with an in-house design team. The ability to communicate and influence at SLT level is essential.
