This organisation have a stellar track record of delivering top-notch results for clients across healthcare, education, manufacturing, agriculture, and oil & gas industries.

You’ll be at the heart of collaboration in this role, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With a solid procurement and strategic sourcing background, you’ll manage every stage of the sourcing lifecycle, from identifying initial needs to finalising contracts. Your expertise in category management will be complemented by a proven ability to uncover opportunities for savings and improve processes. You’ll be instrumental in driving effective procurement outcomes with well-honed negotiation, analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their procurement needs, challenges, and objectives and tailoring solutions that align with their broader business goals.
• Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, becoming a trusted advisor on all sourcing and procurement matters.
• Lead the sourcing process from start to finish across multiple categories, ensuring every step, from requirement definition to contract completion, is handled efficiently.
• Leverage data and analytics to uncover opportunities for cost savings, optimise procurement processes, and provide clients with tangible value that supports their objectives.
• Develop clear financial and commercial models to support decision-making, offering actionable recommendations backed by solid data.
• Present complex data and insights straightforwardly and compellingly, whether in written reports, presentations, or client workshops.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality reports, presentations, and workshop materials that meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Focus on nurturing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and supporting broader business growth initiatives.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end procurement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Manufacturing or consultancy background experience.
