The Role
As the Production Supervisor in our Tingalpa processing facility, you will be resonsible for:
- Leading a dedicated team who are passionate about delivering the highest amount of quality to customers
- Managing and optimising the team on the production line
- Ensure production performance expectations are met
- Manage and monitor operational areas performance levels ensuring food safety, animal welfare and product quality KPI’s
Your Background
- Experience with managing a production team and creating a positive work environment
- Experience with being a Production Supervisor ideally within FMCG in Australia
- Knowledge of RSPCA and FREPA animal welfare standards
- Ability to coach and develop others, monitor and measure performance and provide direct feedback
