The Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding and recognised food manufacturer with a trusted brand, creating high quality products loved by Australians for decades. With an enviable brand presence, they are seeking a Team Leader to join their site in regional Victoria.
The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, duties of this role include:
- Ensure daily set-up and operation of shift
- Ensure production targets, deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Train and supervise new production line workers
- Maintain equipment in clean operatable condition
- Lead and motivate staff to ensure optimal productivity
- Make recommendations for changes that will in turn increase efficiency and productivity
Your Background
Essential to the success of the role, the successful applicant will possess the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within a manufacturing background
- Ability to lead a team
- Motivated with strong work ethic
