Seeking an experienced Transport Operations Manager to oversee efficient fleet management and daily operational activities.

The Role
For the right candidate, the responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:
- Lead and grow the relationship across our driver fleet both permanent and subcontractors
- Oversee daily workloads / operations and oversee job allocation
- Manage the daily activities of the transport operations and staff
- Provide transport services to customers, ensuring their service level expectations are met and exceeded
- Ensure all fleet and equipment is operated, maintained and secured
Your Background
- Experience with B Double Trucks and managing large fleets up to 150
- Proven Transport Manager experience in a similar sized operation
- Highly analytical with well-developed Microsoft Excel skills
- A focus on Workplace Health and Safety
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
