The Company

Our client is a market leader managing the storage and distribution of a number of clients throughout Australia. With a focus of offering a high quality service an exciting opportunity has arisen to run their fast-paced warehouse team.

The Role

  • Leadership of the warehouse team, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture. 
  • Planning and optimisation of all warehouse resources to ensure delivery targets are met. 
  • Working closely with company stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of goods. 
  • Maintaining a high level of quality assurance and product integrity.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence. 
  • Provide excellent people management and create a positive working environment for the team are you.

Your Background

  • 5+ Years warehouse management experience.
  • Experience of working in an 3PL environment with handling of a high amount of SKUs.
  • Strong Leaderships and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent safety record with extensive exposure to safety systems. 
  • Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement and performance delivery. 
  • Previous experience in managing 40+ staff would be an advantage.
