The opportunity
 
JB Hi-Fi is looking for an experienced supply chain and fulfilment leader to continue to grow and elevate its Australian supply chain operations.
 
You’ll work with the wider supply chain function and internal stakeholders to take an already high-performing operation to the next level, continuing to improve processes and systems and setting long-term strategy. This is a relationship-driven role. You’ll work closely with fulfilment teams across Australia and with JB Hi-Fi’s internal teams, and clear, effective communication will be key to driving supply chain efficiency and overall business success.
 
What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver the supply chain and fulfilment requirements for the Australian business.
• Develop and lead the strategy for the fulfilment and home delivery centres, keeping operations best-in-class while driving efficiency and improving processes, systems and capability.
• Take full ownership of the function, and build and maintain strong, high-trust relationships.
• Create and deliver the strategic roadmap and resource plan that will future-proof supply chain and fulfilment operations.
• Lead the Australian fulfilment team (8 direct reports and around 160 indirect reports) to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience, with strong performance on DIFOT, quality and cost.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration, aligning fulfilment with business goals, values and a forward-thinking growth mindset.
• Take a lead role in optimising systems, improving processes and finding opportunities for technology-driven efficiency.
• Keep a strong grasp of JB Hi-Fi’s financial targets, and manage fulfilment costs through smart cost models, forecasting and proactive problem-solving.
• Balance day-to-day operational oversight with a clear focus on long-term strategic direction.
• Own the Australian fulfilment network end to end, anticipating future challenges and keeping it agile, cost-effective and ready for the future.

 
About you

• You have a real passion for JB Hi-Fi’s brand and culture, and you lead with values and purpose.
• You have strong experience running large-scale supply chain and fulfilment operations, with a track record of outstanding service and best-in-class relationships, both internal and external.
• You have proven leadership in building and supporting high-performing supply chain teams, ideally in a B2C environment.
• You have solid experience improving systems and processes, and you bring a forward-thinking, innovative mindset to setting best practice across the team.
• You think strategically, and you’ve developed and delivered both short- and long-term supply chain strategies focused on service excellence and cost efficiency.
• You have an in-depth understanding of the Australian supply chain market, especially B2C fulfilment and last-mile delivery.
