Maintainer / Operator – Energy Plant 
7 Days On / 7 Days Off (12 hour shifts from 5am-5pm)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + super
Location: THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN ROBINVALE. YOU HAVE FREE ACCOMODATION WHEN DOING 7 DAYS ON.

We’re seeking a hands-on Maintainer / Operator to join an industrial cogeneration plant, supporting the safe and efficient operation of boilers and associated equipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in boiler operations, industrial maintenance or manufacturing who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers and associated plant equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and assist with breakdowns.
• Monitor operating pressures, temperatures and plant performance.
• Complete operational records and shift handovers.
• Maintain high standards of safety and plant reliability.

About You

• Experience in boiler operations, plant operations or industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Background in manufacturing, power generation or process environments is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift roster.
