Maintenance Electrician | Up to $57/hr + OT + Super

This is a hands-on role for a skilled Maintenance Electrician who enjoys fault finding, improving plant reliability, and working within a fast-paced production environment. What’s on Offer?

– $50-$57/hr + Overtime + Super (based on experience)
– Rotating 3-week roster covering AM, Day & PM shifts
– Average 40-hour work week with additional overtime available

– Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults across processing, packaging, conveying, refrigeration, and production equipment to minimise downtime.
• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability and operational efficiency.
• Assist with PLC fault finding, motor control systems, VSDs, instrumentation, sensors, and automation equipment.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, energy reduction, and equipment performance.
• Complete maintenance reporting, inspections, and shutdown works while ensuring compliance with food safety and site standards.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to deliver safe and efficient outcomes across the facility.

About You

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Previous experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, meat processing, packaging, or industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working within preventative maintenance systems
• A proactive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
