We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established food manufacturing operation on a permanent night shift roster.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on fitter looking for a competitive salary, consistent night shift hours and an excellent work-life balance with a 7-day fortnight roster.
The Role

• Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across production machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimise production downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors and processing equipment.
• Complete inspections, repairs and equipment servicing.
• Work closely with production teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently.

About You

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter.
• Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing (food or FMCG highly regarded).
• Strong breakdown and preventative maintenance skills.
• Experience working with production and processing machinery.
• Ability to work autonomously on night shift.
• Strong focus on safety and reliability.
