Rate – $55 – $57 + Overtime

Location – Medina, Perth
Candidate – A supervisor with FMCG or Food Manufacturing experience

Food Industry We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, food safety compliance, and efficient maintenance practices while leading and developing a skilled maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipment
• Ensure all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, USDA/FDA as applicable)
• Lead, train, and schedule maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Minimize downtime and respond quickly to production issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Mechanical or Electrical qualification 
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulatory requirements or FMCG
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
