The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the business and lead the delivery of key capital projects across manufacturing, packaging and site infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in driving project execution from concept through to commissioning within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across capital works, facility upgrades and process improvements
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risk to ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production and external vendors
• Oversee installation, commissioning, validation and handover of equipment and systems
• Ensure all projects meet GMP, safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Develop and present project updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and project delivery frameworks

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within FMCG, pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong background in capital projects, equipment installation and site upgrades
• Experience working with automation, packaging lines or manufacturing technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
• Solid understanding of GMP, validation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Engineering or related technical qualification preferred
