The Company

Our client work with businesses to design, source, produce, and deliver custom merch, managing everything from concept and design through to manufacturing, decoration and distribution. With a strong reputation for quality and service, they are continuing to grow and are now seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to join their close-knit team.
The business offers a small team environment with a great culture, where everyone gets involved and contributes across all areas of the warehouse and production process.
 
The Role

  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and stock management
  • Operate forklifts (LF licence required) to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Use RF scanning systems for inventory control, stock movements, and order accuracy
  • Assist with inventory management including stock checks, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate system records
  • Support screen printing and basic production tasks where required
  • Receive, check, and store inbound goods in an organised and efficient manner
  • Assist across all areas of the warehouse as a true all-rounder

Your Background

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment
  • Current forklift license (LF)
  • Experience with RF scanning and inventory systems
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • System savvy with the ability to pick up new processes quickly
  • Reliable, hands-on, and willing to get involved across multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
