The Company

The Role

  • Handle customer orders, quotes, and enquiries via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
  • Support customers and distributors with product, freight, and billing queries in a professional and helpful manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and see them through to resolution, escalating where required
  • Work closely with sales and operations to track orders, deliveries, and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate data entry across systems (SAP/ERP) while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and reliable service

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service or internal sales within manufacturing, industrial, or related environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using systems such as SAP or similar ERP platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
