What you’ll bring

• NSW A‑Grade Electrical Licence
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a maintenance or manufacturing setting
• Strong background in FMCG or food manufacturing environments
• Confident leadership capability — able to coordinate, coach, and support a team of 10 electricians
• A commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑moving production environment
