My client is a leading FMCG manufacturer, recognised for producing well-known consumer FMCG brands across the Australian market. With significant scale, strong investment in operations and a focus on continuous improvement, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Manufacturing Manager to join the team and lead frontline production operations.

This role is based in Sydney.

The Role

Reporting into site leadership, the responsibilities of the role includes:
• Leading, coaching and developing manufacturing teams to achieve operational targets
• Driving equipment efficiency and ensuring safe, high-performing production environments
• Delivering production plans in line with volume, cost and schedule requirements
• Ensuring all quality, food safety and GMP standards are met and maintained
• Championing a strong safety culture across the site
• Collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across production lines

Your Background

In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
• Experienced in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
• A strong people leader with the ability to engage, influence and develop teams
• Data-driven, with the ability to interpret metrics and drive performance outcomes
• Highly accountable with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
• An effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Passionate about safety, quality and continuous improvement
