Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and customer service
• Drive supply chain strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across the ANZ region
• Manage S&OP / IBP processes to improve forecasting accuracy and optimise inventory levels
• Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements across service, cost, and operational performance
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and leadership teams to align supply chain outcomes with business objectives

Your Background

• Experience in supply chain management within manufacturing, industrial, or chemical environments
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service
• Strong experience with inventory optimisation, forecasting, and supply chain process improvement
• SAP experience is essential
• Experience managing S&OP / IBP processes within a complex supply chain environment
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, evolving business environment
