Shift Pattern: Dayshift & Afternoon shift available! (15% shift loading for afternoons)
Rate: $50-$55 p/h + super
Overtime: Plenty overtime available!!

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a stable and successful organisation offering genuine career progression, ongoing training, and the chance to work within a modern manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards
• Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets
• Following health, safety, and company procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or FMCG experience is desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible approach to shift work and overtime requirements
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
