We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term employment with a reputable business offering strong career stability and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Perform fabrication and repairs on machinery and plant equipment
• Troubleshoot faults and minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement and site upgrade projects
• Maintain high safety standards and compliance with site procedures
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and production teams

About You:

• Trade qualified (Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
• Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fabrication and welding skills (highly regarded)
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Full Australian working rights
