The Company

As part of its Transformation Office, they are recruiting a Supply Chain Transformation Manager that spans business, technology, and change workstreams. This is a business at a genuine inflection point, and the people driving this program will leave a lasting mark on how the company operates.
The Role
Reporting to the Strategy Director, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Supply Chain Program, driving delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams and ensuring the program is executed to agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for program governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes. You will work closely with the executive team, CFO, and functional leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, Finance, and Technology.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of the Supply Chain Program, maintaining alignment to strategic objectives, scope, timeline, and budget
- Developing and owning the integrated program plan across all workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities
- Providing leadership and direction to Delivery Leads, ensuring workstreams are effectively planned, coordinated, and delivered
- Driving cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, Finance, Technology, and other impacted business areas
- Establishing and maintaining fit-for-purpose governance forums, reporting cadences, and decision pathways
- Preparing and delivering high-quality program reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums, including status updates, risk registers, financial impacts, and milestone tracking
- Partnering with senior executives to support strategic decision-making, prioritisation, and resolution of key delivery issues
- Proactively identifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions that may impact delivery
- Ensuring business, technology, and change activities are integrated and sequenced appropriately to support implementation readiness and benefit realisation
- Overseeing planning for business readiness, operational readiness, cutover, and implementation activities across the program
- Supporting financial oversight including budget tracking, forecast inputs, and investment considerations
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Significant program management experience delivering large, complex, cross-functional transformation programs, ideally within retail, FMCG, consumer products or similar industries
- Excellent supply chain experience, leading projects in supply chain footprint, automation, inventory/fulfilment, systems and process
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple interdependent workstreams across business, technology, and change
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders at executive and functional levels, including facilitation of decisions, alignment, and issue resolution
- Strong experience establishing and managing program governance, reporting, planning, and delivery controls
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and delivery trade-offs
- Confidence operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, with the ability to drive outcomes through influence, structure, and leadership
- Strong communication skill set
- Ability to work at pace
