We are currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Electricians and Maintenance Supervisors to join a well-established, high-volume food manufacturing operation in regional NSW.
This is a fast-paced production environment with modern equipment, strong team culture, and excellent long-term career opportunities.

Maintenance Electricians $49 – $57/hr + 15% night shift loading + Overtime (DT Sundays)
8 day fortnight roster
2 on/2 off/2 on/3 off/2 on/3 off
Early shift 5:00am – 1:00/2:00pm
Afternoon shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm / 12:30am
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical breakdown and preventative maintenance
- Fault finding across automated production lines
- Support shutdowns and continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- A-grade Electrical Licence
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, or fast-paced manufacturing
- Strong safety, GMP, and hygiene awareness
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
Maintenance Supervisors $130K – $140K + Super + Overtime
Monday–Friday rotating shifts 2 week rotating day and afternoon roster
- 4:00am – 2:00pm week 1 & 2
- 2:00pm – 1:00am week 3 & 4
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support maintenance trades teams across shifts
- Oversee breakdown response, planning, and execution
- Drive safety, team culture, and performance
- Work closely with production to maximise plant reliability
What You’ll Need:
- Proven leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Trade or technical background (electrical advantageous)
- Hands-on, solutions-focused approach
