We’re partnering with a leading national wholesale and distribution organisation to recruit a WA Logistics Manager.

Supporting customers through an extensive branch and distribution network across Australia, this organisation is seeking an experienced logistics leader to oversee its Western Australian warehouse and transport operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high performing teams and ensuring exceptional service across a complex distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end warehouse and transport operation across Western Australia.
• Drive safety, operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deliver industry leading customer service through strong DIFOT and operational performance.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse and transport leadership teams.
• Optimise warehouse productivity, transport efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Manage operational budgets, labour planning and performance metrics.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, service and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance across all safety, transport and operational standards.

About You

• Proven experience leading large scale warehouse and transport operations within a complex distribution environment.
• Strong operational leadership experience with the ability to engage and develop high performing teams.
• Demonstrated success improving safety, service, productivity and operational performance.
• Experience managing high volume distribution operations across warehousing and transport.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
• Experience working within wholesale, retail, industrial, FMCG, manufacturing or other complex supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
