Reporting into the Supply Chain leadership team, you will lead the Supply Chain Planning function, ensuring the uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging to support production. You’ll play a key role in optimising inventory, driving planning excellence and leading a high performing team in a fast paced manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Planning function within a complex food manufacturing environment.
• Develop and execute material supply plans that align with production requirements and customer demand.
• Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging to support manufacturing operations.
• Partner closely with Procurement, Production, Demand Planning and Logistics to optimise supply chain performance.
• Manage inventory levels while balancing service, cost and working capital objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, systems and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing planning team.

About You

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning within the food manufacturing industry is essential.
• Previous experience leading planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ERP/MRP planning systems.
