Senior Structural Engineer

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you’ll lead the structural design of major building projects, collaborate closely with architects, developers and contractors, and mentor the next generation of engineers in a highly respected design consultancy.

The Opportunity

• Lead the structural design of complex high-rise residential and commercial developments.
• Manage projects from concept design through to construction support.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, builders and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Review calculations, technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers while contributing to technical excellence across the business.
• Attend client meetings, design workshops and site inspections.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience designing multi-storey reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings.
• Strong knowledge of Australian design standards.
• Experience using ETABS, RAM Concept, SAFE, SpaceGass and/or Revit.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for delivering practical, buildable engineering solutions.
