Working alongside an established maintenance team and reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping equipment running safely, minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

The Opportunity

• Own preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs across site equipment.
• Get hands-on with conveyors, packaging machinery, MHE and automated mobile robots (AMRs).
• Put your mechanical fault-finding skills to work across hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot HMI-controlled equipment and support automated operations.
• Fabricate and modify components using MIG and Stick welding.
• Take the lead when required, with opportunities to showcase your initiative and leadership skills.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
• Experience as a Maintenance Fitter in FMCG, manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• EWP licence and Working at Heights training.
