Maintenance Fitter

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30am–4:00pm (could be flexible for a later start)

About the Opportunity Join a well-established manufacturing site with a tight-knit, down-to-earth team. This is a hands-on Maintenance Fitter role supporting a multi-line production facility that produces a range of consumer garden care products, including liquid and packaged goods.

The site runs with strong safety protocols, and community-focused culture, this is a role where stability, support, and quality come together.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Supporting multiple production lines and continuous flow equipment
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and mechanical fabrication
• Working to safety and compliance standards
• Engaging with production early on to understand common faults and flows

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Fitter (or capable 3rd or 4th year apprentice)
• Background in FMCG, food, packaging or industrial manufacturing
• Confident with preventative maintenance, fault finding, and fabrication
• Able to work independently with a strong safety mindset
