Our client is a well-known, Tier 1 company within the building materials industry seeking an ambitious and driven Key Account Manager to join their Campbellfield team. This role will focus on residential & commercial markets and is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on driving new business growth.

The Role:

  • Proactively identify, chase, and secure new business opportunities across residential and small commercial markets
  • Deliver on budgeted financials and consistently exceed growth targets within the assigned territory
  • Manage key accounts and monitor performance through regular reviews, market intelligence, and call planning
  • Ensure effective price management, including implementing price rises and managing credits
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM for reporting, pipeline management, and account planning

 
Your Background:

  • Proven sales experience in the residential or commercial construction industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail
