Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Location: Lance Creek, VIC
Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading meat processing facility based in Lance Creek. This role is critical in ensuring plant reliability, food safety, and operational efficiency in a fast paced production environment.

About the Role As Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance fitters and electricians across shifts.
• Oversee daily preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Manage contractors and liaise with suppliers to ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
• Support production teams to maintain plant uptime and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on equipment reliability and plant performance.

About You

• Trade qualified (Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Electrician, or similar).
• Proven leadership experience 
• Strong working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems (CMMS experience highly regarded).
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a high pressure environment.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
