The Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining  customer/supplier inquiries via phone and email
  • Following up on internal enquiries and sending quotes  
  • Keep customers informed on shipment status, tracking, potential delays, and solutions
  • Process bookings and ensure accurate data entry into logistics systems
  • Assist with customs documentation and compliance requirements
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns, ensuring high service standards are maintained

 
About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role / internal sales within freight forwarding, transport, or logistics
  • Strong understanding of quotes and proficiency in Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to share information  
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • A proactive and service-driven mindset
