My client is an international food and beverage company looking for its next Project Engineer. The exciting opportunity has become available to assist with projects over the next 3 months, with a view for extension.
 
This role is based in Northern Tasmania
 
The Role
 
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the responsibilities of the role includes:

• Coordination of project schedules to meet scope and budget
• Mange implementation including safety of the plant, products and personnel
• Optimise on the delivery of cost-effective, timely solutions
• Demonstrating and delivering quality & HSE excellence across all projects
• Providing effective engineering solutions 
• Liaising across internal and external stakeholders, managing technical queries

Your Background
 
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

• Tertiary qualified Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
• 4+ years experience within engineering within a manufacturing facility in capital investment – dairy manufacturing will be highly advantageous
• A combination of hands-on and strategic experience
• Able to work within a team environment
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
