The Opportunity
As Trade Marketing Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of the Marketing and Sales teams, creating compelling presentations, coordinating global promotions, and ensuring our brands shine in every channel and market.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your organisation, creativity, and commercial understanding will directly drive retail success. You’ll work closely with the Global Marketing Manager, CEO, and regional Sales Managers to deliver world-class trade materials, support new product launches, and help bring brand stories to life across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop impactful sales and range presentations, customer sell-in decks, and range review packs.
- Coordinate global trade promotions and maintain the promotional calendar.
- Manage digital and in-store assets including planograms, fact sheets, and imagery libraries.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to deliver POS and promotional displays.
- Support major tradeshows and global events through preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
- Track sales data, promotion performance, and customer insights to improve execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless delivery across regions.
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in Trade/Shopper Marketing, Category, Sales Support, or Account Coordination within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets skills with a strong eye for presentation quality.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing timelines, assets, and stakeholders across markets.
- Strong commercial mindset — you understand what drives sell-in and what converts at retail.
- A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
