Food Manufacturing | Full‑time | Permanent $45–$52/hr + penalties + OT – Multiple Shifts

We’re recruiting Maintenance Electricians for a major national food manufacturer offering strong hourly rates, modern facilities, and long‑term stability.

Base Rates – Maintenance Electricians

• Day Shift: $46.90/hr
• Afternoon Shift: $50.42/hr
• Night Shift: $53.94/hr

Penalty rates apply for weekends and nights.

Shift Options – Choose a roster that suits your lifestyle:

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 3:20pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 11:20pm
• Night Shift Team A: Sun–Thu
• Night Shift Team B: Mon–Fri
• Weekend Crew: Thu–Mon

All rosters include alternating RDOs for half the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative & reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Electrical fault‑finding across automated and PLC‑controlled machinery
• Support production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintain WHS, quality, and food‑safety compliance
• Assist with upgrades, CI projects, and reliability improvements

What You Bring

• A‑Grade Electrical Licence
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience (essential)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• PLC/automation exposure beneficial
• A proactive, safety‑focused mindset
