To be successful in this role, you will need to be an energetic, hungry and competitive salesperson experienced within the transport industry and eager to join a culture focused on success & growth.
The Role:
The Business Development Manager will be a Hunter focused role:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Transportation and Logistics industry.
- Build/develop new and existing business relationships to grow your pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and develop business strategies to meet growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accounts are managed appropriately.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects that matches the company’s strategies.
- Complete sales reports and other administration tasks where required.
Your Background:
- 2-5 years Business Development experience within the Transport industry or similar industries – SaaS / FMCG
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Hungry to learn and improve
- Exceptional negotiating skills and an excellent communicator
