Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small customer service team, setting clear standards and leading by example.
- Manage and follow up on internal enquiries, preparing and issuing accurate quotes in a timely manner.
- Keep customers informed throughout the shipment process, providing updates on tracking, potential delays, and proactive solutions.
- Coordinate and process bookings, ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee and assist with customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Manager within freight forwarding, transport, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of quoting processes and proficiency across Microsoft Office programs.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
