Our client is a well-established FMCG business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and sustainable growth. They are seeking a Demand Planner to join their Supply Chain team and play a key role in ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment across the business.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Own and maintain the demand forecasting process across multiple product categories.
• Analyse historical sales data, customer trends and market insights to produce accurate forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Production to align demand with business requirements.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory optimisation to balance customer service levels and stock availability.
• Develop reporting and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Contribute to forecasting process improvements and S&OP activities.

 
About You
 

• Previous experience in a Demand Planning or Supply Planning role within FMCG, manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of the demand forecasting process.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP, forecasting or planning systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
